Miss World Philippines 2019 Michelle Dee added another feather to her cap after completing her Entrepreneurship Essential course at the Harvard Business School Online.
"Nothing beats the satisfaction of finishing something you challenged yourself to do," she wrote on her Instagram while sharing a snapshot of her certificate of completion.
She said that personal growth is what inspired her to commit to completing the course.
"When you obsess over your own personal growth, you push yourself to keep learning new things and that’s how I ended up getting this," she said.
The beauty queen shared that she was actually taping a show while she was completing this course.
"I remember crunching deadlines cause I was still in lockdown taping but here we are! #OntoTheNext," she said.
The Harvard Business School Online course covered numerous topics in entrepreneurship.
"This certificate program introduces a framework - People, opportunity, context, deal - to evaluate opportunities, manage start-ups, and finance ventures," the certificate said.
Michelle was crowned Miss World Philippines in 2019 and represented the country at the Miss World 2019 pageant in the UK. She placed in the top 12 of the competition.
She is the daughter of Melanie Marquez, who is also a beauty queen and who was crowned Miss International in 1979.
