Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna are in a relationship.

In an interview with PEP, Derek confirmed that Ellen is his girlfriend.

“May relasyon kami, oo,\" Derek admitted.

According to Derek, there was already a \"spark\" the first time they met each other.

\"May spark talaga. Sobrang laking spark. We just really are enjoying each other’s company. Sobra,\" the actor said.

The celebrity couple admitted that it has been a month already since they became a couple. Derek described their relationship as \"walang dull moment.\"

“Sa isang month, meron na kaming tawanan. Meron na kaming tampuhan... lahat meron na,\" he stated.

Derek relayed that they did not go through the courting stage.

\"It’s not a normal relationship. Hindi siya yung may parang ligawan.

\"It’s just nagkakilala kami, from the dinner, every day, ‘O, workout.’”

When asked about the date of their monthsary, Derek replied, “Well, di ba, sabi niya [Ellen], one month, feels like one year.”

It can be recalled that Ellen and Derek were first spotted together at a dinner party that the actor organized at his home last January.

Both denied the relationship before, with Ellen even saying Derek is not her type.

Many are also critical of the two stars' relationship. A few days ago, Ellen clapped back at a basher on her Instagram account.

\"Public figure but not a good influence to youths,\" commented a netizen, to which the actress replied, \"Yet you follow me, judge me, and allow your mind to be exposed to 'our' influence. Whose choice is that now? Shouldn't you be protecting yourself and your peace?\"

Both single parents, Derek broke up with former leading lady Andrea Torres last November while Ellen parted ways with Elias’s father, actor John Lloyd Cruz, in 2019.
