Former beauty queen Miriam Quiambao took to social media to mark the second birthday of her "miracle baby," Elijah.

On Instagram on Wednesday, February 17, Miriam shared an adorable compilation of Elijah's photos growing up, captioned with her heartfelt greeting for her firstborn son.

"ELIJAH JUST TURNED 2 YEARS! Our little one who used to be as big as a little blueberry in my growing belly is now a 29-lb little boy filled with love and joy!" she wrote.

"We are so grateful for our miracle baby @elijahroberto who just celebrated his second birthday yesterday, Feb 16, 2021. May the Lord bless you with wisdom and stature and favor with God and men. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He lift His countenance upon you and be gracious to you. May He turn His face toward you and bring you peace," she said.
According to Miriam, they didn't get to celebrate Elijah's birthday as she hoped they would as her son has been sick for the past two days.

"Nonetheless he’s still a ball of energy in spite of. Please pray he gets well soon," she said.

Elijah is Miriam's first child with her husband, inspirational speaker Ardy Roberto.

The Miss Universe 1999 titleholder got pregnant with Elijah at the age of 43, after four years of trying to conceive.

Last December, Miriam and her husband announced that they are expecting their second child.

"Amidst all the bad news that marked 2020—grabe 'tong 2020—we want to end this with a high note, a happy note," said Ardy in a vlog they released on Miriam's YouTube channel.

"Thank God kasi meron Siyang naging surprise for us before Christmas, actually. We're now so excited to share with you the great news that I'm positive—not coronavirus, but I'm positively pregnant!" added Miriam.

Miriam and her husband have been married for six years. They will be celebrating their seventh wedding anniversary in March.
