Bea Alonzo showed her fans how her day usually goes as she did a day in the life video for her latest vlog.
Even during the pandemic, Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo kept herself busy, attending classes that would help her achieve a healthier lifestyle, such as going to badminton training and attending Pilates classes.
According to the 33-year-old celebrity, she has always been the type of person to plan and set goals.
“Mahilig akong magplano sa buong araw ko. Minsan nasusunod, minsan hindi. You shouldn’t be too hard on yourself kapag hindi mo na-aachieve. But it’s nice to plan, it’s nice to set goals,” Bea said.
Sharing her daily routine, Bea said: “I usually get up at 9:30-ish or 10. ‘Yun ‘yung body clock. But since routine na siya, medyo mahirap siya i-break, but I should break it, right?”
Bea, who also started to take badminton classes as part of her New Year’s Resolutions, said the reason behind her decision to so was to help her lose the weight she gained during holidays.
“I gained so much during the ECQ. I think I gained 15-20 pounds because I kept on eating. I was kind of exercising pero hindi kagaya nu’ng workouts ko before. ‘Yun ‘yung New Year’s Resolution ko … to lose weight. Hindi lang to look good, but also to have a healthier body. And now I also try do little bit of Pilates and of course, weight training,” Bea said.
Having also been drawn to Pilates or the low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movement exercise in the past, Bea shared why she decided to return to doing it.
“I’m off to my Pilates class. I’m going to PRANA Studio to do my Pilates class with Teacher Laarni. Before, nag-Pilates na ako. But I had to stop kasi si Teacher Laarni went to Singapore. So wala na akong trainer. But I just went back nu’ng New Year. Isa ‘to sa mga New Year’s Resolution ko as I mentioned,” Bea said.
