Actress Jodi Sta. Maria recently took some time off her hectic schedule to take on a new adventure and enjoy the great outdoors with her only son, Thirdy.
On her Instagram page on Tuesday, December 7, Jodi shared photos of herself and Thirdy braving the rapids as they tried white water river tubing in Antique province.
"Caption this," she wrote in her post, which now has more than 56,000 "likes". "Magandang umaga. Kruhay Antique!"
Jodi has time and again shown her love for outdoor adventures. Based on her posts, some of the fun and exciting activities she has tried include off-roading in Rizal Province, scuba diving in Boracay, zip-lining in Bataan, and even trekking the Inca Trail to Inti Punku in Peru.
Jodi, 39, is set to star in ABS-CBN's highly anticipated series The Broken Marriage Vow, alongside Zanjoe Marudo and Sue Ramirez.
The Broken Marriage Vow is a Philippine remake of the BBC award-winning drama Doctor Foster. It follows the story of a trusted doctor (Jodi) whose life is torn apart when she suspects her husband (Zanjoe) of having an affair.
Three teaser clips for The Broken Marriage Vow, which was shot in Baguio, have been released ahead of the show's full trailer premiere on Dec. 15. The series also stars Zaijian Jaranilla, Jane Oineza, Joem Bascon, with Art Acuña, Rachel Alejandro, Angeli Bayani, Ketchup Eusebio, Bianca Manalo, Empress Schuck, and Ronnie Lazaro.
Directed by Concepcion Macatuno and Andoy Ranay, the Dreamscape Entertainment production is the sixth international adaptation of Doctor Foster. The British drama has different versions in France, Russia, Turkey, India, and South Korea.
Last year, ABS-CBN aired its South Korean version, locally known as The World of a Married Couple.
