Beauty queen-turned-actress Kylie Verzosa took to Instagram to share her simple birthday greeting for her boyfriend, hunky actor Jake Cuenca, who turned 34 on Thursday, December 30.

"Happy birthday to my favorite person," the Sisid star wrote in her post, which showed a photo of herself kissing Jake on the cheek.

"Best actor, mentor, boyfriend, everything," she said. "I love you."

Responding to her post, Jake wrote: "Awwwwwwww I love you boo. I’m so happy to finally be with you."

Based on her Instagram Stories updates, the couple celebrated Jake's birthday in Boracay, along with his family and their showbiz friends, including Maxene Magalona, Iza Calzado, Grae Fernandez, and Tim Yap.

Kylie and Jake have been dating for more than three years. They celebrated their third anniversary as a couple this December.

The two, who became close after they were paired in the ABS-CBN series Los Bastardos, officially confirmed their relationship in September 2019.

Previously, Jake said his relationship with Kylie has made him the "happiest" he has ever been in his life.

"This is the most mature I've ever been. And for me, I'm going to my best to deserve her every day," he said. "I'm going to do my best to take care of her and make her happy."

Asked if he and Kylie are already talking about marriage, Jake said: "We’re taking it a day at a time. But for me, for the first time in my life, I can see it on the horizon.”

"Now with Kylie and with where I am in my life, I can definitely see it on the horizon," he added.
