Comedienne Alora Sasam was supposed to have a quiet and solemn Christmas, but she ended up having the best time instead — thanks to her good friend, actress Kathryn Bernardo, who refused to let her celebrate the holidays alone.
On Instagram, Alora credited Kathryn for being her "Christmas savior" as she thanked the latter for inviting her to celebrate Christmas Eve with her and her family, instead of by herself.
"I was okay being alone on Christmas day. Pero sabi niya 'wag," said Alora in her post. "My Christmas savior. Thank you mami! Love you. Regalo mo na sa akin presence mo at ng family mo."
In separate posts, the Star Magic artist also thanked the Bernardo family for opening up their home to her and giving her a Christmas to remember.
"Thank you Bernardos for opening your home to me (especially your kitchen) on Christmas Day," she wrote. "Ang simple pero saya niyo po ka-bonding! Wishing you all good health always. Nagmahahal, ang inyong Christmas ampon."
Based on her most recent updates, Alora has since reunited with her own family in her hometown, Iligan, Lanao del Norte, for the holidays.
