Former CLC member Sorn announced on social media that she has signed an exclusive contract with WILD Entertainment.

The K-Pop star made the announcement following her departure from Cube Entertainment last November.

"I’m excited to announce my new journey as a solo artist with WILD. Please stay tuned for my future release early 2022," she posted on her Instagram page.

Fans of the K-Pop star were quick to express their support for her in her new journey.

"Congrats!!! So excited for your future!" one fan commented on social media.

"We'll always be in support," another fan commented.

In a statement released by WILD Entertainment, Sorn plans to transition as an artist between North America and Southeast Asia. The management also relayed that the singer will be releasing new solo music in early 2022.

Sorn's first solo single “Run” which was released in March 2021 was produced by WILD.

In an interview in April with Richard Juan for ABS-CBN Entertainment, Sorn hinted about releasing more music in the future following the success of "Run."

"It's a really good start and it really encouraged me to release new music in the future," she said in the interview.

Sorn also said that she is open to doing collaborations with other artists.

"I know that these days K-Pop, a lot of artists are doing collaborations... I really wanna do that too. I hope I would be able to link K-Pop with some type of music from the other side of the world," she stated.

WILD Entertainment, founded in 2020, is home to a roster of talents bridging the Eastern and Western entertainment industries through various media platforms. They are currently headquartered in South Korea and Los Angeles.
