Fresh from his movie More Than Blue, JC Santos is set to star in a new film, titled Adarna Gang.

Adarna Gang was written and directed by Jon Red, with cinematography by award-winning filmmaker Raymond Red.

Other cast members include Soliman Cruz, Coleen Garcia, Mickey Ferriols, Diego Loyzaga, and Mark Anthony Fernandez

Adarna Gang is produced by Viva Films. No further details about the movie, such as its storyline and target release date, were announced.

Aside from Adarna Gang, JC is also set to appear in the upcoming movie 366, which marks the directorial debut of actress Bela Padilla.

The project marks their fourth time working together, after their films 100 Tula Para Kay Stella, The Day After Valentines, and On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets.

366 also involves actor Zanjoe Marudo. A release date for the movie has yet to be announced, with Bela only teasing that it is coming "very, very soon."

JC, 33, was most recently seen in More Than Blue, opposite fellow Viva talent Yassi Pressman. The film is an adaptation of the hit 2009 romance-drama movie from South Korea.

More Than Blue, as in the original South Korean film, centers on the story of a terminally ill man who tries to find a suitable husband for a friend he secretly has feelings for, so she wouldn't be alone when he dies.

The heartbreaking film was similarly produced by Viva Films, and also starred Diego with Ariella Arida. It streamed exclusively on VivaMax beginning November 19.
