After joining the Star Magic’s Squad Plus earlier this year, Renshi De Guzman said he has been one of the lucky few to be given multiple projects as part of the cast of teleseryes like La Vida Lena and Huwag Kang Mangamba, the latter now on its last three weeks before its finale.

“Masaya ako na yun yung nangyayari ngayon na dalawa yung shows kaya thankful ako talaga sa Dreamscape and siyempre sa mga taong nagtitiwala sa akin. Na-fa-flatter ako and natutuwa dahil nabigyan ako ng ganitong pagkakataon. Pinagkatiwalaan nila ako kaya sobrang masaya ako,” he said.

Being surrounded by veteran and more experienced stars on the set of Huwag Kang Mangamba, Renshi admitted he was very conscious about being able to do his scenes well.

So andun yung kaba. Although na-intimidate talaga ako (laughs) pero mas nanaig yung pagiging mabait nila,” he shared.

From their director to his senior co-actors, Renshi was thankful to be able to learn how to improve his craft while working on the show.

“Sobrang dami kong natutunan eh kila Ms. Mylene (Dizon), kila tita Sylvia (Sanchez), kila sir Dom (Ochoa), kila Ms. Eula (Valdes). Sobrang dami.
