Actress Iwa Moto and her partner Panfilo "Pampi" Lacson Jr. welcomed their second child together on Thursday, January 21.
On Instagram, Iwa introduced their newborn son, Caleb Jiro Iwamoto Lacson.
"Lo and behold, here comes the newest addition to our growing family. Our new bundle of joy — our little boy who will be filling our hearts and lives with love and happiness from this day forward! What a beautiful blessing on the 21st day of the 21st year of the 21st century," she said.
"My heart is overflowing with love and joy the first time I held you in my arms. Our son, baby CJ, yours, and Ate Mimi's first day in life are the best days of mine! I could not explain the outpouring happiness that I am feeling right now. I am so blessed to have you, Ate Mimi, Kuya Muy, and Daddy Pampi and I could not ask for more!" she added.
She went on: "My pregnancy wasn't easy — in fact, it is still not time for him to come out just yet, but I guess baby CJ is so excited to see and conquer the outside world. Such a warrior just like me, isn't he?"
For his part, Pampi posted a photo collage showing his newborn child and his siblings.
"Welcome to the World Caleb Jiro. Always remember that kuya Muy-Muy and ate Mimi loves you," he wrote in the caption.
His former wife, actress Jodi Sta. Maria, with whom Iwa has formed a close friendship, was among those who congratulated the couple on the birth of their son.
"Growing family!" said Jodi in the comment section of his post.
It was last July when Iwa announced that she and Pampi were expecting their second child together.
Iwa, who rose to fame in 2004 as a finalist of the talent search StarStruck, gave birth to her first child with Pampi, Hiromi Aiko Eve, in September 2013.
Aside from her daughter, Iwa also stands as the second mom of Thirdy, Pampi’s son with Jodi.
