Local female artists Jayda, Jona, Kyla, KZ Tandingan, Lesha, Moira Dela Torre, and Xela recently announced their collaboration with some of their most popular female counterparts in Southeast Asia for ABS-CBN Music’s new “Heal” project which seeks to convey love and unity for everyone’s healing during these trying times. The song was composed by ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, Moophs, and Alex Godinez who is also known as Xela.

Joining the Pinay artists are Indonesian singers Rinni Wulandari and Yura Yunita, Malaysian artists DOLLA and Shalma Eliana, Singaporean talents Haneri and Haven, and Thai artist Valentina Ploy. These Southeast Asian artists lend their “therapeutic” voices for the inspirational song produced by ABS-CBN Music International which will drop on digital streaming platforms on September 11 (Friday).

The collaboration is also a #StreamToDonate project, with all of the participating artists donating their share of fees and royalties to ABS-CBN’s “Pantawid ng Pag-ibig,” a fund-raising campaign which aims to provide relief to Filipinos who have lost their sources of livelihood due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The “HEAL” single is just one of ABS-CBN Music International’s endeavors, which seeks to introduce the unique artistry of Filipinos to global audiences and more recently, bring in international talents and music to the Philippines.
