Angelica Panganiban on starring in ‘Walang Hanggang Paalam’: ‘Ang sarap sa feeling na mabigyan ka ng trabaho’

After revealing at the Walang Hanggang Paalam virtual media conference last September 25 that this will be her last teleserye, Angelica Panganiban shared why she said yes to the new action drama series before saying goodbye to TV drama work for good.

And siyempre sa mga makakasama kong artista,” she said.

Aside from reuniting with her former Playhouse co-star Zanjoe Marudo, Angelica will also works with Paulo Avelino, Arci Munoz, and the Dreamscape family in Walang Hanggang Paalam.

“Alam ko na kahit nasa gitna ng pandemic, alam ko na kakayanin kasi kilala ko naman sila mahuhusay na artista so hindi rin naman din magiging ganun kabigat, I mean magiging madali yung buhay and na-excite ako ulit makatrabaho si direk Manny (Palo) at si direk Darnel (Villaflor) and makabalik di sa Dreamscape,” she shared.

More than anything else, Angelica said she is just thankful to be given a project despite the ongoing global crisis due to the COVID-19 virus.

In Walang Hanggang Paalam, Angelica plays the role of Celine, ex-girlfriend of Paulo Avelino’s character Emman. “Nagkaroon sila ng anak na si Robby and but eventually yung mga nangyaring problema sa kanila, hindi na nila kinaya ang kanilang relasyon so naghiwalay sila. Na-in love naman siya kay Anton (Zanjoe Marudo),” she explained.

Having to do locked-in taping and following strict safety protocols while shooting in different locations in Zambales, Angelica said they do mostly serious work while on the set.

So okay naman. Naiisangtabi namin yung mga kalokohan,” she said.

Walang Hanggang Paalam premieres on Monday (September 28) at 9:20 PM on cable and satellite TV via Kapamilya Channel (SKYchannel 8 on SD and channel 167 on HD, Cablelink channel 8, G Sat Direct TV channel 22, and most cable operator- members under Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association).

Catch it on Kapamilya Online Live livestreaming daily on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page, on the iWantTFC app (iOs and Android) and on iwanttfc.com, and on The Filipino Channel.
