Despite their ten-year age difference, Sam seemed confident with how their relationship is going. “I do believe she is the one. Siyempre may difference sa edad namin, ako I’m 36 and she’s 26 and kaka-start pa lang ng career niya and I do believe she’s the one,” he said.Although he did not elaborate more on the topic, Sam said he is the type to fight for the woman he loves. “If someone says that to me, ang sa iyo ay akin? Well kung akin talaga ipaglalaban ko. If it’s really mine, I’ll fight for it,” he added.In his upcoming new series, Sam shared the experience of working with co-stars Maricel Soriano, Iza Calzado, and Jodi Sta. Maria. “I have to admit, nakaka-pressure. I feel very unworthy. Lahat sila sobrang galing. I was so nervous going into this project. At siyempre ang nag-iisang Diamond star na si Ms. Maricel Soriano, I was very nervous. Pero lahat sila sobrang supportive. It’s not my first time to work with Jodi. We did a movie dati, Third World Happy magkasama kami. But it’s my first time working with Maricel and si Iza. So going into it, being my first time working with them, I was very nervous. But with Iza, a lot of people you just easily connect with and kami ni Iza we just get along so well from very much from the start and so it made things so much easier,” he shares.
