Actresses Vina Morales, Karla Estrada, Ruffa Gutierrez, Sunshine Cruz, and Jackie Forster recently came together for a despedida party for their good friend Donita Rose, who is leaving to start a new life in the United States.
On their respective Instagram accounts, the "'90s Momshies" shared photos of the karaoke and pool party held in Vina's house before Metro Manila was reverted back to modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).
According to Vina, all of them were tested for the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) prior to the celebration.
"Our despedida party for our dear @dashofdonita before MECQ and all of us were tested and thanked God we're all negative," said Vina.
She also posted a short video showing highlights of Donita's farewell party. Tagging Ruffa, Karla, Sunshine, and Jackie, she wrote: "[We] have been planning for this day but 'di lagi natutuloy."
"We love you, Dee," she added.
