After revealing last month that he tested positive for COVID-19, comedian Michael V. disclosed how he may have contracted the novel coronavirus in his newest vlog.

In the video titled "LEVEL UP" uploaded on his YouTube channel over the weekend, the GMA-7 star said he initially suspected having caught the virus when he and his family travelled to Batangas in July.

Even his wife and kids, according to Michael V., tested negative for the disease, which meant he didn’t catch the virus in Batangas.

Michael V. then revealed that one out of his four house helpers tested positive but was asymptomatic.

"So saan ko kaya nakuha 'yung virus? Ang duda ko, deliveries," he said.

He went on to advise others who also often rely on deliveries amid the pandemic to be extra careful.

Hindi lang 'yung packaging, pati 'yung laman," he said.

"At bawat binubuksan ko, lalo 'pag bago, nagsusuot na ako ng mask, at saka naglilinis na ako ng kamay, before and after kong hawakan," he added.

He went on: "Ganito na ang new normal.

According to Michael V., he is already on his 11th day without feeling any symptoms of the illness.

He also shared that once he hits his 14th day without any symptoms, he will receive a certificate confirming that he is officially free from COVID-19.

“Ako po si Michael V. and I claim in His name ako po ay COVID-19 survivor,” he said.
