"This book will shake your brain and make your soul scream."

This was how multi-awarded singer Adele described the book titled Untamed: Stop Pleasing, Start Living, which was written by Glennon Doyle.

"I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew! Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life - Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it. We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot!" the "Hello" singer posted.

If you’re ready - this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream. I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew! Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life - Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it. We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot! .. “A good life is a hard life!” Read this book and have a highlighter on hand to make notes because you’ll want to refer back to it trust me! I never knew that I am solely responsible for my own joy, happiness and freedom!! Who knew our own liberation liberates those around us? Cause I didn’t!! I thought we were meant to be stressed and disheveled, confused and selfless like a Disney character! ProBloodyFound!! You’re an absolute don Glennon ♥️

Loves, Adele read our book and it moved her so much that she shared this with the world. I woke up to her post the other day. I jumped back in bed, woke Abby up, and handed her the phone. She read, we stared at each other—and we both just burst out laughing. Then we hugged for a long time and here’s why: Adele’s music was the soundtrack of our love story. We sent each other her songs. We emailed lyrics. Abby went to her concert and sent me videos of her singing “our songs” on stage (if that is illegal forgive us, sister @Adele, we were drunk in love and pain and you were the only one who understood us). The universe is wild. It is amazing how we can sister each other through life from afar. This is why we tell our stories. This is why we tell our stories.
