Joshua Garcia reveals why he’s not active on social media: ‘Hindi ko alam kung ano ipo-post ko’

<p>Currently playing the role of reporter who reconnects with his ex-girlfriend (played by Julia Barretto) and their barkada online during the lockdown in the digital film Love Unlock: E-Numan which recently premiered on the Kapamilya Online Live channel, Joshua Garcia admitted that his and Julia’s roles are not that different from them in real life. “<em>Malapit lang din naman sa amin yung mga </em>personalities.<em> Parang may pagka-kami pa rin pero siyempre</em> character<em> pa rin kasi may ibang pangalan yung pino</em>-portray<em> namin dun. Ang trabaho ko nag-co-</em>cover <em>ako ng</em> stories <em>sa</em> hospital. Reporter <em>ako. Kasi yung pinaka-</em>timeline <em>nung </em>story is<em> kung ano yung nangyayari ngayon. Kaya may </em>COVID<em> na</em> virus,” he shared.</p><p>During their shoot which was done virtually via Zoom in their own homes, Joshua said they did not always stick to the script since he and Julia are already comfortable with each other. “<em>Ang</em> adlib <em>para mas mapaganda yung </em>scene. First time <em>kasi namin mag</em> shoot <em>sa </em>Zoom so<em> parang ang hirap kapain kung paano mapapaganda yung </em>scene. So <em>nung araw na nun, nanuod pa ako ng</em> Unfriended<em> para makita ko kung paano ang itsura kapag </em>virtual. <em>Shinoot namin ito nung May pa eh. Pero nagkaka-</em>text <em>naman kami ni Julia. Kamustahan lang,”</em> he explained.</p><p>Joshua is not that active on social media and he has a very simple reason he doesn’t post as regularly as other celebrities. “<em>Hindi ko alam kung ano ipo</em>-post ko. <p>Currently playing the role of reporter who reconnects with his ex-girlfriend (played by Julia Barretto) and their barkada online during the lockdown in the digital film Love Unlock: E-Numan which recently premiered on the Kapamilya Online Live channel, Joshua Garcia admitted that his and Julia’s roles are not that different from them in real life. “<em>Malapit lang din naman sa amin yung mga </em>personalities.<em> Parang may pagka-kami pa rin pero siyempre</em> character<em> pa rin kasi may ibang pangalan yung pino</em>-portray<em> namin dun. Ang trabaho ko nag-co-</em>cover <em>ako ng</em> stories <em>sa</em> hospital. Reporter <em>ako. Kasi yung pinaka-</em>timeline <em>nung </em>story is<em> kung ano yung nangyayari ngayon. Kaya may </em>COVID<em> na</em> virus,” he shared.<p>During their shoot which was done virtually via Zoom in their own homes, Joshua said they did not always stick to the script since he and Julia are already comfortable with each other. “<em>Ang</em> adlib <em>para mas mapaganda yung </em>scene. First time <em>kasi namin mag</em> shoot <em>sa </em>Zoom so<em> parang ang hirap kapain kung paano mapapaganda yung </em>scene. So <em>nung araw na nun, nanuod pa ako ng</em> Unfriended<em> para makita ko kung paano ang itsura kapag </em>virtual. <em>Shinoot namin ito nung May pa eh. Pero nagkaka-</em>text <em>naman kami ni Julia. Kamustahan lang,”</em> he explained.<p>Joshua is not that active on social media and he has a very simple reason he doesn’t post as regularly as other celebrities. “<em>Hindi ko alam kung ano ipo</em>-post ko.
