Moira dela Torre said that it’s okay to not be okay and that getting help is not something to be ashamed of.
Moira dela Torre revealed that she has been struggling with her mental health lately.
In an Instagram post, the singer wrote, "The past few days have been tough mentally. Anxiety attacks have been often. My joints start to stiffen. I couldn't breathe. But it hurts more to know that so many people go through this with me every single day."

"Let this post be a reminder that it's okay not to be okay and that getting help is good! It's not something to be ashamed of. Our partners, our family, our friends, our psychiatrists are all gifts from God. Don't be afraid to open up. Your pain is valid. You are important and you are worthy to be heard," she said.
The "Tadhana" hitmaker also reminded her followers that God wants us to heal from the challenges we face.
"I also need you to know, healing is for YOU. God ACTUALLY wants to heal you and to bless you. so don't let the enemy drown you in shame and rob you of the healing you deserve because you are SO loved. our confidence is that we have a faithful Father we can always trust," she posted.
She added that struggles are not permanent and we need to keep going.
