Vlogger Kryz Uy said she is not in a rush to get back in shape after giving birth to her first child, Scott Knoa.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, August 8, the first-time mom shared that she has been receiving comments from other mothers saying they are \"jealous\" of how seemingly fast she has bounced back into shape.

\"Here’s my reply--honest and simple. My body has chaaaanged!\" she said.

\"I’m currently 10 lbs heavier, and a lot softer (more huggable I like to say). Of course this doesn’t always show in photos--because photos only show so much,\" she added.

According to Kryz, though she is slowly working on getting back her fit body, \"it is not a priority and it definitely won’t take over time and effort I’d rather spend with Scottie.\"

\"Also, for some reason, donuts and cookies are extra yummy when breastfeeding,\" she said, before adding, \"I make room for happiness!\"

Kryz went on to give her advice to other mothers who are struggling with body issues.

Vlogger Kryz Uy said she is not in a rush to get back in shape after giving birth to her first child, Scott Knoa.

\"Here’s my reply--honest and simple. My body has chaaaanged!\" she said.

\"I’m currently 10 lbs heavier, and a lot softer (more huggable I like to say). Of course this doesn’t always show in photos--because photos only show so much,\" she added.

According to Kryz, though she is slowly working on getting back her fit body, \"it is not a priority and it definitely won’t take over time and effort I’d rather spend with Scottie.\"

\"Also, for some reason, donuts and cookies are extra yummy when breastfeeding,\" she said, before adding, \"I make room for happiness!\"

Kryz went on to give her advice to other mothers who are struggling with body issues.

\"Take your time. Appreciate your body and all it’s done for you and your baby,\" she said.

\"Suck it in, but also, let it out!\" she added.
