Nadine Lustre continues to mesmerize her followers with her fit physique three years after being hailed as FHM's Sexiest Woman in 2017,

Although she has said in previous interviews that she has had her share of insecurities with her body, such as her chest, Nadine stated that she's mastered the art of accepting her flaws.
“[I] just accept it. I mean, am I gonna stress myself about it? Either parang you work out but you know, make it firm or wala eh it’s really fat eh tanggapin mo. Or you eat more,” she stated.
When it comes to gaining weight, Nadine said she just doesn’t get heavy no matter how much food she puts into her body.
“Pero ‘yung body ko lean talaga ako eh no matter how much I eat. ‘Yung heaviest ko would be one hundred twenty na. That’s my heaviest na. Hindi ko na kayang lumagpas ng 120. It’s always been like that,” she said.
In an interview with Metro magazine, her personal trainer, Lahaina Mae Mondoñedo, revealed that Nadine does weight training to achieve her fit physique. She also follows a strict diet, which is “composed of four meals a day designed for her to consume her allotted macronutrients, build muscle, and keep her metabolism fired up.”
“She eats eggs, chicken, beef, fish, rice, bread, oats and a variety of vegetables. They are all prepared and packed... and she can easily take them around with her. Since this covers all her nutritional needs for the day, she is not allowed to eat anything other than those four meals,” said her trainer.
