Juana shaved her head and brought long-stemmed roses during the said rally.</p><p>“SONAgkaisa” rally was held at U.P. Diliman ahead of the fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte at the Batasang Pambansa. The head of state chose to deliver his speech at the Batasang Pambasa despite the number of employees who tested positive for COVID-19.</p><p>The president opened his speech by attacking ABS-CBN and the Lopez family.</p>
