As more and more ABS-CBN supporters take the rage to the streets, one of the network’s prime celebrities — Maja Salvador — channeled one of the most iconic roles in Philippine television to show her support for her home network.
The 31-year-old Kapamilya celebrity — who seems to be referring to the number of people who showed up on the eighth day of the daily noise barrage held at the ABS-CBN headquarters in Quezon City — showed her support by her referencing a line from her character on Wildflower.
“Hindi niyo kami mapapatahimik! Hindi niyo kami mapapatumba! Lalaban at lalaban kami dahil matibay kami! Just like Gold, ABS-CBN is INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!!!! #LabanKapamilya #IbalikAngABSCBN
Last July 12, Maja participated in a noise barrage with her boyfriend Rambo Nunez.
Sharing a photo of herself lighting a candle in front of the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center in Quezon City, she wrote: “Araw araw po naming ipagdarasal na sana ay makabalik na ulit on-air ang ABS-CBN sa aming mga Fans/Supporters/Kapamilya. Salamat sa lahat ng suporta at pagmamahal. Salamat rin sa pakikipaglaban at paninindigan niyo para sa ABS-CBN. Mahigpit na yakap para sa lahat.”
