The 31-year-old Kapamilya celebrity — who seems to be referring to the number of people who showed up on the eighth day of the daily noise barrage held at the ABS-CBN headquarters in Quezon City — showed her support by her referencing a line from her character on Wildflower.

Hindi niyo kami mapapatahimik! Hindi niyo kami mapapatumba! Lalaban at lalaban kami dahil matibay kami! Just like Gold, ABS-CBN is INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!!!! #LabanKapamilya #IbalikAngABSCBN

Last July 12, Maja participated in a noise barrage with her boyfriend Rambo Nunez.

Sharing a photo of herself lighting a candle in front of the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center in Quezon City, she wrote: “Araw araw po naming ipagdarasal na sana ay makabalik na ulit on-air ang ABS-CBN sa aming mga Fans/Supporters/Kapamilya. Salamat sa lahat ng suporta at pagmamahal. Salamat rin sa pakikipaglaban at paninindigan niyo para sa ABS-CBN. Mahigpit na yakap para sa lahat.

Maja starred in a number of ABS-CBN shows including the top-rating teleserye where she played the role of Lily Cruz / Ivy Aguas. The said revenge drama series ran from February 2017 to February 2018.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN remains off the air as it stopped broadcast operations last May 5, 2020 following a cease and desist order from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).

Following twelve hearings in Congress, a House panel decided to dump ABS-CBN’s application for a new franchise last July 10.
