These were the words of Vice Ganda as he tackled being branded as "DDS" and "Dilawan" by his critics.

The subject was brought up during the "Tawag ng Tanghalan" segment of It's Showtime when a contestant shared her experience on being bashed online.

Relating to what the contestant has gone through, Vice shared his personal experience on dealing with his critics when it comes to his political stance.

"I feel you and I fully understand your emotions right now.

Iyong mga 'DDS,' tinatawag nila akong 'dilawan,'" he stated.

Despite being hounded by the different opinions of his critics, Vice remarked that the only person who can truly define him is himself.

Vice then advised the contestant,  "Huwag mong tatanggalin 'yung paniniwala mo at pagkakakilala mo sa sarili mo.
