No lockdown can stop TV host-blogger Divine Lee from throwing a grand party for her son, Baz, ahead of his second birthday.
In a series of Instagram posts, Divine shared photos of the safari-themed party she organized for her first child with her husband, businessman Blake Go, at home.
"Happiest 2nd birthday to my little man! Nothing like our original plan but I think it worked out perfectly. The minute they announced the lock down, I had a feeling it will reach his birthday. So I immediately started planning for a quarantine birthday," she said.
"I promised him before that I will bring him to see animals.... had no plans of breaking my promise," she added.

Happiest 2nd bday to my little man! Nothing like our original plan but I think it worked out perfectly ❤️ The minute they announced the lock down, I had a feeling it will reach his bday. So I immediately started planning for a quarantine bday. I promised him before that I will bring him to see animals.... had no plans of breaking my promise. So i started ordering balloons and inflatables online. I had the inflatables shipped from another country 🙈 and I bugged @piacampos to open @partypalsph so I can buy all the animal balloons for his bday. @gretacu to the rescue for a cake supplier willing to service during ECQ @cupkeyknart. @annakarn pulled out inflatables from @littlebarangay so I can mount my crazy idea. @nonobydyan sent extra stuffed animals. @saltbyjm sent food and decors I can use for his food display. And one of my wedding coordinators @tcarcel referred me to someone who can bring my giant dino concept life (well styro life). I had to bug my asssitant to make sure the rides get on the ship from Manila to Cebu - na delay pa kami kaya every day ako kinakabahan kung aabot ba! 😂 and special thank you to my Yayas! Kayo talaga yung mga anting anting ko sa mga kabaliwan ko 😂 But his smile! Tanggal lahat ng pagod and worth it ang effort. Again, happy bday Bazzy boy! You got to see animals! Wala naman sa usapan yung humihinga dapat LOL 😂
Cebu is among the areas in Visayas covered by the extended enhanced community quarantine until May 15 to control the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Divine and Blake, who were married in August 2017, welcomed their first child on May 5, 2018.
They have another child, Blanca, who was born last October.
