It’s been 14 years since he first came out of the PBB house as part of the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition in 2006 but Zanjoe Marudo admitted he had no idea it would lead to an acting career. (laughs),” he shared during his Actors’ Cue session guesting with director Adolf Alix for the benefit of the #ExtendTheLove initiative earlier this month.

Zanjoe admitted he will never forget his first movie project You Got Me under Star Cinema in 2007.

But the 37-year-old actor admitted that the biggest leap he ever took in his career was to accept the role of a father in the teleserye Annaliza in 2013. Parang mas humahaba yung buhay mo pag may napapakita kang iba,” he shared.

Zanjoe’s guesting was part of the Actors’ Cue #ExtendTheLove initiative to help displaced film workers that are affected by the lockdown because of the pandemic.
