As one of the fittest couples in showbiz, Troy Montero and Aubrey Miles show that not even being quarantined at home can stop them from keeping fit and strong. The two stars share their daily workout routines together to inspire other couples to focus on their fitness even when at home.
The couple also stress the importance of planning your workouts and committing to it even if it’s just a short duration of time.
Aside from owning a business, Aubrey is also a certified fitness trainer.
Aubrey wrote in one of her couple workout posts, “We’re all going through tough times. Stay consistent because tough times build strong people. This is the time you can reset and build a new habit. Don’t waste time. You can do it, Believe it. Just sharing our workout and I hope you guys enjoy. 10-12 Repetition, 3x per workout.”

LEG WORKOUT TODAY🦵🏼❤️ . Using weights here but you guys can also use bands for some of the moves. Just adjust and modify it. We usually do 10repetitions 2sets but you can add more if you want. Weights depends on how light or heavy you want. I do 3lbs, 5lbs & 7lbs.. Make sure to engage your core. Shoulder/Arms Upper workout . Trying to divide our workouts everyday and incorporating alittle cardio . Do you sometimes question yourself why your body is not changing despite working out everyday? Do you ever weigh yourself and surprised you’re not even losing a pound? I also have those questions myself once in awhile. These are the things I noticed and why it happens to many of us, especially to women. 1. Getting poor sleep. Sleep is different from quality sleep. Your body knows how well you’ve slept. Lack of sleep can also slow down your metabolism. 2. Trying too many types of workouts. Your body will only develop on how much attention you give on certain parts. The only time you can change your workout routine is when you feel you’re getting progress and The routine is getting too easy then it’s time. Patience. 3. Not Maintaining a well balanced diet. I believe we don’t have to be strict everyday unless you have a goal or shoot to preprare for. Balance is everything. Being too strict can lead to pigging out. 4. Portion control. Hardcore workout is nothing if we just eat whatever we want. My motto is “We can eat anything but not everything“ 5. Not commiting to a healthy lifestyle. A Healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be forced. It takes time and practice to achieve it. It’s maybe hard but it’s possible for everyone. #amilesworkout
