‘Suicide Squad’ actor Jared Leto caught up with his followers through an Instagram Live chat.
After coming back from a two-week silent meditation retreat in a desert in the US, Hollywood actor Jared Leto decided to go on Instagram Live to chat with his followers from all over the world in order to know what the situation is in different countries. Jared invited his followers to share their current experience with the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the people he chatted with was Angelica Panganiban who admitted to the actor that she was in self-quarantine after shooting what was supposed to be her Metro Manila Summer Film Festival entry Love or Money in Dubai earlier this month.
Jared, who was last seen in movies like Blade Runner and Suicide Squad, also complimented Angelica on her voice and commented that she had an interesting accent. He also wished her well. "I'm glad to hear you're safe and sound and at home, and I hope everything's okay for you guys back there, I think with warm weather, it’s going to be good news for everyone in places like the Philippines,” he said. Angelica was visibly happy to chat with Jared and admitted to him, It’s amazing to talk to you. It’s so surreal.”
Before ending their chat, the Thirty Second to Mars vocalist also shared with Angel his message for Pinoys. "Tell everybody in the Philippines that we love them and we miss them. It's been a long time since we played a concert there. We love the country, and we'd love to come back. We hope everybody stays at home, be good, protect yourself, and be safe," he said.
