Bianca Gonzalez shares lessons from being self-quarantined: ‘I will learn a lot about myself’

With television and hosting duties currently on hold due to the global pandemic, Bianca Gonzalez-Intal is one of the celebrities who are now finding more time to stay at home and comply with the government’s self-quarantine system. On the first day of the implementation, the Kapamilya host shared what she has learned from this new and unexpected way of life.

She wrote:

DAY 1. Currently staring at the ceiling. I don't journal or meditate, I've tried to (many times) but end up not following through. In this time of quarantine, I've decided to commit to listing a few things down every day. I know when I look back at it after all this ends, I will learn a lot about myself. I've decided to list down my HIGH, my LOW, one new thing I LEARNED, and one thing I am GRATEFUL for.

HIGH: Out of the blue, my daughter started to sing this song. “How can I help? What can I do? To make things better for you.” It melted my heart.

LOW: I'm not the type to get anxious, but today I felt a bit of it. I'm so used to having my calendar filled with work, and now there is no work. I'm still trying to find my balance in all this.

I LEARNED: That Bill Gates had sort of predicted this would happen back in 2015, warning us all. Medyo wild. Go to YouTube and search for: Bill Gates 2015 TED Talk.

I AM GRATEFUL: For the internet, social media and messaging apps. In this time of social distancing, we are still able to connect with our loved ones.

Maybe this is something you would like to do too? What would you want to write down? It doesn't have to be the same list. It can just be things that you are thankful for, or random anecdotes.. anything to remember this once in a lifetime (we hope) experience by.
