Neri Naig also gave words of encouragement to other business owners that just like any other hurdles in life, the COVID-19 crisis, too, shall pass.
Following the declaration of the local government unit to put Tagaytay City under community quarantine, Neri Naig has decided to temporarily close her businesses not just for her sake but also for the safety of their staff.
Sharing a photo sent by her staff from Neri’s Not So Secret Garden, she wrote: “Community quarantine na ang Tagaytay.
With her restaurant having closed down for three weeks due to the eruption of the Taal Volcano earlier this year, Neri admitted that their business hasn’t fully recovered since then.
As such, she and her husband Chito Miranda decided to temporarily close their business and give food allowance to their staff instead.
The 34-year-old Star Circle Quest alum also gave words of encouragement to all those who are currently going through the same hurdles as she believes that the COVID-19 crisis, too, shall pass.
Makakabawi at makakabangon tayo. At wag kalimutang magbahagi ng kung ano ang kaya,” she said.
Asking her followers to always stay indoors, she concluded: “Let us all spread kindness. Please be safe everyone! Mamirmi muna sa bahay. Magbasa ng libro. Manood ng Netflix. Bonding time with your family. Let us appreciate na nasa bahay tayo at healthy.”
