The Summer Metro Manila Film Festival is postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic

After President Rodrigo Duterte's announcement regarding community quarantine in Metro Manila last March 12, Thursday, the Metro Manila Film Festival official Facebook page posted that the first Summer Metro Manila Film Festival is postponed indefinitely following the travel restrictions within Metro Manila.

The much-anticipated mid-year installment of the MMFF was supposed to be held this April and included these eight official entries.
