Rebel recently thanked a team from a holistic wellness center who helped her have both a healthy body and mind.

She wrote: “Thank you to Dr. Schubert and all of the team @vivamayraltaussee in beautiful Austria. I’m going to start 2021 in an amazing place, with a healthy body and mind ... and boosted immune system! Love the care you all put into your patients—I am so grateful! In a recent Instagram post, Rebel revealed that while access to professional trainers brought about a different kind of change in her body, walking alone did a lot for her body.

“I know I’m in a lucky position, I do have access to really amazing personal trainers. But I want you guys to know that the majority of exercise I’ve done this year has just been me going out for a walk,” she said. 

She added: “Walking is the best way for me — for my body type — to metabolize fat.

In a recent Instagram Live, Rebel said her body “responds well to protein,” adding that she only eats about 1,500 calories each day to make sure she achieves her desired weight. 

“Nutritionally, the only thing is I do try to stay under 1,500 calories because of my body type. If want to lose weight in that week, I kind of have to stay under the 1,500 [calories] each day.” she said.

Revealing that she has already achieved her weight goal, the Australian actress said she is now ready to start consuming more calories.
