K-Pop girl group BLACKPINK is mounting a virtual concert this month — and fans around the world could get the chance to see it from the comforts of their own homes.
BLACKPINK fans can expect to see first-time performances from the girls’ The Album released last October.

“We wanted to end the year with something very special for our Blinks who have been waiting so patiently for us. We hope everyone can comfortably enjoy our first-ever livestream concert ‘The Show’ at home and hopefully join in on some special perks we’ve prepared for those who join our channel. Overall, we’re super excited to share this fun moment with our Blinks and we can’t wait till The Show,” BLACKPINK said in a press statement.

YouTube’s Lyor Cohen, on the other hand, shared his excitement for the video streaming platform’s highly-anticipated event.

Fans can get access to BLACKPINK: THE SHOW’ by subscribing to a YouTube channel membership on the BLACKPINK YouTube channel or through www.youtube.com/blackpinkofficial/join.
Streaming options include a standard streamer priced at $29.99 (P1,441.06) and another one with perks such as custom emojis and behind-the-scenes content priced at $39.99 (P1,921.58).
According to a show guide video released on YouTube, the channel membership will be a one-time payment only — assuring fans that recurring monthly payments will not be activated.
