Celebrity couple Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola announced their engagement on Saturday, December 12.

On Instagram, Jessy uploaded a photo of them where she is also showing her engagement ring with the caption, “YES. #JessGotLucky."

Prior to their announcement, rumors of their engagement circulated on social media. Nonetheless, Luis admitted that he and Jessy got to talk about settling down and building a family already in an episode of Push Bets Live aired November 6.

He said, “Yes. Saka di naman maikakaila na medyo pa-senior na rin ako if you will, na I’m not the youngest guy on the block. So ‘dun din papunta talaga ‘yung future.”

“Everything I do right now, kumbaga, part siya ng grand plan of settling down. Hindi lang ‘to ‘yung basta ‘Ay tanggap akong show para may panggastos ako, hindi. Ngayon, tanggap akong ganito para may panggastos sa magiging pamilya, may pahabol ng thought na gano’n,” dagdag pa niya,” he added.
