Aga Muhlach urges Pinoys to reach out and help during the pandemic: ‘Napakahirap ang nangyayari sa bansa natin’

Although he has his own social media account, Aga Muhlach shared why he is not as active online as other celebrities.

“I just want to see sana kung anong mangyayari doon, kung anong effect nun because kahit hindi naman ako active sa social media, may mga post post, mga ganyan ganyan and of course it comes with the times. But then I’m very private with my own thing so sometimes I would post. But what I’m trying to say is gusto ko ipamukha at sabihin sa tao na baka nakakalimutan niyo ng mabuhay talaga ng tunay? Kasi baka puro pinapakita niyo ganyan. Yun pala inside you there’s nothing really. It’s sad,” he shared during the WeTV Philippines media launch.

The Miracle in Cell No.7 star revealed his thoughts on all that has been happening this year because of the pandemic.

“Unang una maraming maraming salamat doon sa walang tigil na tumutulong and sa akin lang naman parang may sakuna man o hindi, parati naman taon taon may nangyayari sa atin. Especially this year na madami tayong pinagdadaanan talaga. May sakuna o may bagyo man o wala, kahit sinong kaibigan o kababayan natin na nangangailangan ng tulong,” he said.

Aside from keeping a positive mindset, Aga also urged Pinoys to always be helpful and have hope for the days to come.

Maraming naghihrap, may bagyo man o wala, may pandemya man o wala, maraming naghihirap. Lalagpas lahat yan,” he added.

Aside from acting, Aga said he has been seriously considering producing quality projects like WeTv’s upcoming new series called The Anatomy of Loneliness which is part of their 2021 lineup.

“Parang na-excite ako dun dahil it was nice that they were able to do, kasi minsan gagawa ka ng pelikula in terms of ticket returns, nakakatakot mag-experiment, ganyan. Because of this platform WeTV parang mas nakakatapang gumawa ng mga pelikulang gusto mong gawin talaga na may saysay at hindi ka mag-iisip na, ‘Panunuorin kaya ito or hindi di ba?’ Gustong gusto ko i-tackle yang issue na yan and I’m happy na merong gumawa nun so finally it’s being talked about now, yung issue na yun and it’s going to be shown through WeTV so maraming salamat. I’m excited,” he sharex.

Miracle in Cell No. 7, which stars Aga Muhlach and Xia Vigor, will be streamed online exclusively on WeTV Philippines starting November 27.
