Vice Ganda's appeal for aid for those who were affected by the series of typhoons that recently hit the country has passed the P1-million mark, just five days after it was launched.
In his latest transparency report, the comedian announced that his donation drive, which he launched after experiencing the devastation of Typhoon Ulysses himself, has raised over a total of P1,233,820.87.
He also thanked all those who supported his charity effort.
Mabuhay po kayo at ang mga kababayan nating makakatanggap ng tulong niyo," he said in an Instagram post.
On his Instagram Stories, he also uploaded videos of his team repacking relief goods that will be distributed to the typhoon victims.
Vice himself witnessed the devastating effects of the typhoon when it made a landfall in Balesin, where he was vacationing with his team last week.
He documented their experience in his YouTube vlog titled "Bangis ni Ulysses."
