The remains of Sylvia "Mama Bob" Quinto, the adoptive mother of singer Angeline Quinto, were cremated on Friday, November 13.

The confirmation was made by Angeline, who shared a photo of her holding up the urn containing her mother's ashes on Instagram.

"My Angel. I love you, Mama. Forever," she wrote in the caption.

The remains of Mama Bob, who passed away last week, was supposed to be cremated last Thursday, November 12. However, Angeline decided to postpone her cremation due to Typhoon Ulysses, which ravaged several parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila.

Alam ko naman ayaw mo yun, eh," she said in her post.

"Bukas na lang Mama Bob ha. I love you very much, Mama. Sobra Ma. I miss you, Mama Bob kong mahal na mahal," she added.

In a separate post, Angeline once again expressed her love and gratitude for her Mama Bob.

Mrs. Quinto suffered a stroke on September 9 and had been hospitalized until her passing.
