Emotional Loisa Andalio admits to struggling due to COVID-19 pandemic

Loisa Andalio could not help but get emotional as she admitted going through a hard time due to the coronavirus epidemic.

On Magandang Buhay on Monday, October 19, the 21-year-old actress said that the loss of work is the biggest challenge she, as her family's breadwinner, has faced since the start of the pandemic.

"Sa akin pinaka-challenge talaga 'yung walang work, 'yun talaga. Kasi bilang breadwinner mahirap. Ayaw ko ng mga ganitong topic, kapag family talaga," said Loisa, who isn't working on any acting projects as of the moment.

Kailangan mo lang magtiwala," she added.

Loisa admitted that she has been trying hard to conceal her fears over her family's future.

Pero deep inside siyempre hindi okay," said the actress.

Nevertheless, Loisa remains grateful. "Ako, may bahay ako, may nakakain naman kami. Paano pa 'yung isang kahig, isang tuka na mga tao?" she said.

Despite her struggles, the actress also remains optimistic, thanks partly to her onscreen and real-life boyfriend Ronnie Alonte, who has been helping her weather the storm.

Loisa was last seen in the ABS-CBN action-drama The General's Daughter, which also starred Ronnie.

Together, the couple dubbed "LoiNie" top-billed the movie James and Pat and Dave, which premiered last February.
