Gary Valenciano took to social media to share an update about his health. The singer posted a video on his Instagram page, wherein he documented a day he submitted himself for a CT scan.
“The testing is supposed to determine if everything is okay inside, or if anything has tried to make its way back into my body since 2018,” Gary said in the video.
It can be recalled that the Kapamilya singer underwent a surgery in 2018 to remove the cancer from his kidney a few weeks after his bypass procedure.
“I’m believing I’m okay. I just wanted to share this with those of you who may have had to encounter things like this, dealing with the big C, which is cancer,” he said in the video.
“But don’t fear. Through it all, there’s a bigger C. That’s Christ, who’s with us. Whether are not we’re going through anything, He’s always with us," he added.
Gary described the past two years as "miraculous."
"I've been okay. So I'm thankful for that. I am thankful for the fact that I am okay. And I'm only trusting God that I am gonna be okay for this test," he said.
The CT scan procedure only lasted for 5 minutes and Gary checked the results online.
By the end of the video, Gary shared the results of his CT scan test.
"I got the results of my CT scan and it all shows that I'm good. Thank God. I'm good," he shared.
