Karylle considers the return of It's Showtime on free TV as a big blessing for their anniversary.
Coincidentally, It's Showtime will air on A27 Channel 11 just in time for its 11th anniversary.
“Isang napakalaking regalo sa aming 11th anniversary month ang pagbalik ng Showtime sa free TV. Sa mga 'di nakasabubaybay sa online and cable, na-miss namin kayo. Marami tayong pinagdadaanan ngayon pero nagtitiwala ako na after every storm comes a rainbow," she said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.
The host-singer expressed her elation to celebrate their anniversary on the free television again.
"Sana makasama namin kayo on this big day kasi we would love to be together with our madlang people in this new chapter. It's so nice to celebrate our 11th on Channel 11!” she remarked.
Ahead of its return to television, the noontime show shared details of what to expect with its A2Z premier.
As reported by ABS-CBN News, fans should expect a grand opening number of the chart-toppers "Dynamite" and "Unstoppable" that will be performed by Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, and Kim Chiu.
Karylle will be performing “Goodtime" while Jugs and Teddy will be singing “Electric Dreams" together.
It will feature a special dance number by Amy Perez, Ryan Bang, Ion Perez, and Jackque Gonzaga too.
The entire It's Showtime cast will also sing "Ang Buhay ay Gulong, Umiikot Lang.”
On October 6, ABS-CBN announced via statement that some of its entertainment shows like It's Showtime will be seen on A2Z channel 11 through a blocktime agreement.
"ABS-CBN and Zoe are committed to work together to provide entertainment, public service programs, and educational content to the public," the statement said.
