Joshua Garcia reveals he got into an accident while shooting ‘Block Z’

It’s been more than a year since his last big screen project I Love You Hater in 2018 and Joshua Garcia said he was happy to finally be able to work on a new genre this year in Block Z where he plays the school jock Lucas who gets to do a few stunts in the zombie themed film. Lagi akong, ‘I love you’ (romance). So sobrang saya ko na nag-sa-stunts kami.

Playing one of the students who have to fight off zombies while trapped inside their school, Joshua revealed he got into an accident during one of their chase scenes with the zombies.

Joshua said it wasn’t difficult to act scared on the set after seeing all the zombie actors in full prosthetics.

Compared to doing a rom-com, Joshua said his shooting experience with Block Z was really a challenge.
