Prior to this, the two had exchanged vows through a civil ceremony in London in 2016. They also had a church wedding after that, though the actress did not reveal where or when it was held. In a previous interview, Bangs described her husband, a real-estate agent, as God-sent. "I must have done something really good for me to be blessed with an amazing man like him," she admitted. "Madaming nagtatanong kung bakit daw ako blooming ngayon. Actually the real answer is: the root of my happiness is God and Lloydi is the fruit."
