Comedienne Ai-Ai Delas shared the recent fate of two of her children in the hands of online scammers.

The 54-year-old celebrity narrated how her children, Sancho and Sophia, became victims of online scams in two separate instances.

Delas Alas’ son Sancho, who sells wristwatches, was victimized by a bogus buyer online. The person who bought, whose name was Stian Young, apparently brought envelopes with only papers instead of money in it. She likewise claimed that the motorist pretended to be a driver for Grab.

Warning her followers about the possibility of getting mixed up in a scam in the future, she wrote: “Mag-ingat sa mga online scammer.

Meanwhile, her daughter, Sophia, did not receive the ticket she bought to watch the fan meeting of Gangnam Beauty star Cha Eun Woo in Manila.

In a series of tweets, Sophia recounted how she got tricked into buying a ticket to the South Korean idol’s fan meeting by one @Terous209. She later revealed that she got blocked by the person she bought the ticket from.

“So I was desperate to get Cha Eun Woo VVIP tickets and when I saw someone selling one on twitter I immediately purchased it. The person that was selling it was actively responding especially when I was about to purchase the ticket. He was continually asking for updates,” she wrote.

Having paid 9,000 pesos for the ticket, she made sure to ask for receipt and confirmation e-mail from the seller. She likewise asked for a government ID to verify his identity.

Delas Alas, on the other hand, lamented over the incident and reiterated her concern to those who plan to buy stuff online.
