Singer Darren Espanto received awards for Male Music Artist of the Year, Most Outstanding Teen Artist of the Year, and Most Influential Concert Performer of the Year.
Meanwhile, with the unprecedented success of her latest film Hello, Love, Goodbye, it came as no surprise that Kathryn Bernardo won the Most Influential Female Actress and Most Influential Female Endorser of the Year.
"Naniniwala ako na with influence comes with great responsibility. So, sana with these awards, I can make use of that influence to inspire other people lalong lalo na 'yung mga kabataan," she said.
Her on-screen partner and real-life boyfriend, Daniel Padilla, on the other hand, took home the Most Influential Male Film Actor and Most Influential Male Endorser of the Year.
"Maraming maraming salamat po sa taon taong na pagtitiwala sa akin. EdukCircle, sa lahat po ng bumubuo, maraming maraming salamat... Lagi pong masarap sa pakiramdam na pumunta rito.. Mabuhay po kayo mga kapatid. Marami pa tayong gagawin na mabubuti para sa mundong ito," he said.
Other Kapamilya winners included seasoned actress Judy Ann Santos, who was recognized as the Most Influential Female Celebrity Endorser of the Year, and Robi Domingo, who was honored as Best Male Reality Show Host of the Year.
Founded by chairman of EdukCircle International Center for Communication Studies (ICCS) Director Alexander M. Baltazar, the EdukCircle Awards aims to recognize personalities who have contributed to the Philippine television. Jury includes deans, academic chairs, and officials from different schools within the country.
