EXCLUSIVE: Mark Oblea on why he never gave up on showbiz: ‘Malaki yung pagmamahal ko sa pangarap ko”

As one of the lead stars in the movie G!, Mark Oblea admitted it was a difficult road before he finally got the break he wanted in showbiz. Pangalawa ako out of four. Para kahit papano makatulong,” he told PUSH.

When asked how he was able to keep on trying even after several failed auditions for Pinoy Big Brother, Mark said admits he was determined to succeed. Ayoko kasi yung magtratrabaho ako just for money. Gusto ko gusto ko yung ginagawa ko. Like kung hindi man ako mabuhay ng sobrang marangya, pero mahalaga sa akin mahal ko yung ginagawa ko,” he explained.

Apart from being able to be part of the Boyband Philippines competition, Mark said it was a big blessing for him to be signed on as Cornerstone talent three years ago.

Even now that he is one of the lead stars in the Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino entry G!, Mark said he is still open to becoming a housemate in PBB if given an opportunity. Hindi ko kailangan magpanggap just to fit in sa mga tropahan so matanggap niyo man ako or hindi, basta eto ako,” he explained.
