Syd Hartha came forward to tell her story of abuse from no less than her own father.
Eraserheads guitarist Marcus Adoro is currently in hot water after his daughter came forward to tell her story of abuse.
On Facebook, local indie act Syd Hartha, known for the song "Tila Tala," shared screenshots of a private conversation between her and the Eraserheads guitarist.

Syd Hartha, who admitted growing up longing for her estranged father, shared the kind of verbal and physical abuse she experienced at the hands of her own father.
It was only recently when she decided to reconnect with her father that she understood why her mom and other relatives wanted her to stay away from him.
Kaya pala," she stated.
Sadly, what was supposed to be a healthy father-and-daughter relationship turned out to be a nightmare for her.
Not only did Adoro verbally abused her, but she has been physically harmed her as well.
I never realized then na I might be interrupting his karma. I should've done better but I know I tried to help myself as much as I could," she continued.
Syd Hartha also expressed her concern to those who might go through the same experience she had, especially with her father currently on the loose.
This monster could be anywhere now doing who else knows what. Let’s watch out for each other," she ended her post.
Syd Hartha also shared a screenshot of a conversation between her and Adoro's partner, actress Barbara Ruaro, who also recently opened up about having suffered abuse from an unnamed person.
