EXCLUSIVE: JK Labajo reveals why he only follows one person on Instagram: ‘I’m completely happy’

Even with a growing fan following of their relationship online, singer JK Labajo has kept a relatively low profile on the real status of his relationship with model Maureen Wroblewitz who first appeared in his music video “Buwan” last year. During Mother Lily Monteverde’s 80th birthday party, the couple arrived and allowed themselves to be interviewed, with Maureen admitting how happy she was with the teen singer.Although JK still kept mum when it comes to discussing personal details about their relationship, he did reveal why even with 840,000 followers he only follows the account of Maureen. “Madami akong nakikita before sa mga fina-follow ko, kung anu-ano nakikita ko, gulo lang. So at least mga post niya lang (nakikita ko) para ma-like ko agad (laughs),” he explained.The 18-year-old artist said he is ready to come back into the limelight after taking a hiatus this year. “Basically I took some sort of break to explore music more and focus on music. Basically that’s it. It’s been a good experience so far. Yeah I’m happy. I’m completely happy. Pero I’m on my own road. I’m with my own circle, my own group of friends. I’m happy where I am. That’s all I can say. I think I’m getting more mature not just in singing but as a person as well,” he shared.
