Solenn Heussaff advises fellow moms-to-be to consult their doctors first before trying to workout, too.
Despite being on the second trimester of her pregnancy, Solenn Heussaff continues to be physically active.
The actress, who has always been active, still does yoga, walk/run in the gym, boxing, and swimming. She explained that her body is used to these activities and so she advised fellow moms-to-be to consult their doctors first to know if it is also suitable for them to work out.
“For those asking, yup still working out because I’ve always been active. Loving prenatal yoga classes in YouTube. I uphill walk/run in the gym. Boxing without getting hit obviously. Swimming,” Solenn wrote.
“Again, don’t listen to the millions of people have to say. Ask your OB, read up on pros and cons,” she added.
Solenn and her husband Nico Bolzico announced that they were expecting a baby earlier this month.
