It's been a really challenging last couple of weeks, I've felt really low in my spirit. I just wanted to write this post to share that low moments happen to all of us. When I find myself feeling down and overwhelmed; where things are out of my control, it helps to remind myself that the only person I can control is myself, to count all the things I have to be grateful for and to plan and look forward to the dawn of a new day. 🌤 so if you're feeling down in the dumps, you're never alone. “This is not the first time it happened to me. Every single person in this room, I think, has good days and bad days,” kuwento ni Cat Sa Fresh And Radical book launch ng Frontrow.

“And it’s completely normal to not be okay sometimes,” sabi pa niya.

Ayon pa sa beauty queen, gusto lang niya na iparating sa iba na kahit gaya niya na isang Miss Universe, ay dumaraan din sa low moment sa buhay.

“I only wanted to share that, I wanted to be empowering, to be like ‘Catriona seems to have a perfect life, but she’s also human, just like me. She also feels down, just like me,’” aniya.

“That’s why I posted. I wasn’t doing it the attention seeking way but, that is the name of authenticity which I think ‘oh my gosh why you’re bringing issues to social media?’ So just asking a question ‘Do you want me to be a real person or just your idea of what’s real?”.

At kung tatanungin naman kung kamusta na siya ngayon, tugon ni Cat: “I’m great! I’m always great naman eh. We dust ourselves off, get up and get going,” pahayag pa ng reigning Miss Universe.

Sa ngayon, balik New York na si Catriona at inaasahan ang pagbabalik Pilipinas sa darating na Nobyembre para sa isang endorsement.
