While it's quite overwhelming to have a celebrity ride with you in the same car, keeping his/her details private like an address must always be a top priority, especially if it could mean putting the person in danger.
This was actress Bela Padilla's concern after she overheard her Grab Car driver sharing her residential address over the Grab radio.
On Twitter, Padilla wrote: "Rode Grab today and the driver announced on the Grab radio where I live. This can’t possibly be right."

Grab Philippines was quick to respond to her complaint by assuring her that the company will conduct an investigation into the incident.
Hi Bela! We’re so sorry to hear about your experience :( This incident shouldn’t have happened since we value every passenger’s safety and privacy. We sent you a DM to help move our investigation forward. Thank you!— Grab Philippines (@grabph) August 9, 2019

According to Grab Philippines' website, the ride-sharing company has a stern policy when it comes to dispensing passenger information, including phone numbers, addresses, and pictures, among others.
Meanwhile, after venting out her frustration on Twitter, Padilla revealed to her fans in an Instagram Live Session what exactly happened during her ride.
Padilla said the incident did not only make her feel really upset, but it also made her mad—resulting in an outburst of emotions online.
Opening up how the incident made her feel unsafe as a passenger, Padilla said it brought out a different side of her.
"Parang na-sad na lang ako," she said.
